New Strain: Widow Haze

The first strain I’d like to share is my Widow Haze. This is a more recent, newer project. A pack of Lemon Thai Kush seeds from Humboldt caught my eye. The lineage is pure White Widow and Haze, two legendary strains. You’d have to search far and wide to find a cannabis enthusiast who hasn’t heard of these genetics.

I planted out the seeds and selected a phenotype that was a short wider leafed plant with a strong lemon scent followed by subtle floral/herbal aromas and a bit of a pine/woodiness.

I selected our male from the same seed stock to do a seed increase. The male had a very similar stem rub the selected female as well as nearly identical structure. This has resulted in a nice relatively uniform population. Our seed testers have all provided favorable feedback with regards to vigor, frost and terpenes.

Widow Haze is easy to grow, both indoors and outdoors and will reward growers with nice, big, tasty, sticky, flowers with a long-lasting cerebral effect. You can expect a flower time of up to 10 weeks.
